United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana already issued a press release regarding the attempted manipulation of the telephone system in the New Orleans Office of United States Senator Mary Landrieu.

Aside from James O’ Keefe arrested also were Joseph Basel, 24 years old; Robert Flanagan, 24 years old; and Stan Dai, 24years old. These four young adults were charged in a criminal complaint. Their guilt is yet to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Deputy Marshals with the United States Marshal’s Service are already conducting further investigation. According to reports, James O’ Keefe arrested after assisting Basel, Flanagan, and Dai in the planning, coordination, and preparation of the operation.
